What a fantastic blog/web site. I'm a PhD student studying mirrors and mirror technology in Early Modern literature and art and coming towards the conclusion of my project. Naturally, I'm always on the look-out for forthcoming jobs, conferences, CFPs and so on - this is an excellent resource for just those things! I'll keep this book marked and will be signing up to RSS feeds.

Ted Vallance has just put up on his blog a note about an EARLY MODERN VIRTUAL RESEARCH GROUP SEMINAR that has been meeting on-line for the last year and a half. There are details of its participants and discussions available via the link he has provided. I am sure we shall see more such ventures in the very near future.

Thank you, Chris. A great selection. Do early modern historians take to blogging more easily than early modern literature people, I wonder?
